Currently enrolled in or completed Engineer Equipment Chief MIC 1328E.Staff Sergeant with two years time in grade or Gunnery Sergeant, MOS 1341, 1345, or 1316.Purpose: To train personnel in MOSs 1341, 1345, and 1316 in the supervisory, planning and management aspects of MOS 1349.
